Overview
For Spring/Summer 2026, I was responsible for seasonal color storytelling and product application across HOKA's Road Run and Race categories. Using the global color palette as a foundation, I developed category-specific color narratives and translated them across key franchises to create a cohesive assortment that balanced innovation, franchise continuity, and consumer relevance.
Evolution and Outcomes
The final product assortment represents the culmination of an ongoing dialogue between creative vision and commercial reality.
While some seasonal stories remained intact and others evolved significantly, each iteration contributed to building a cohesive and consumer-relevant color narrative.
Below is a small respresentation of some highlights that made it to market.
“Joy” was one of the most rewarding stories of the season to see come to life. Created in support of Global Running Day, the bold color blocking and vibrant palette translated seamlessly from product to campaign, creating a cohesive high-summer story rooted in energy, optimism, and celebration.
